Attempting to go here for a second opinion about a hysterectomy, but my wonderful OBGYN office (Chapel Hill OBGYN) has spent over a week trying to get these people my medical records and referral. Duke’s MIGS department has given me FOUR different fax numbers. Each time I call, they give me some new random number to have my documents faxed to. When I call back to check, they claim they haven’t received my medical records, give me a completely different fax number, & then insist they’re giving me the only fax number there is.... read more
