Great experience getting my blood drawn today at the phlebotomy lab. Was in and out in 10min! Painless! My veins are not the easiest so never know what I'm walking into. My phlebotomist was clearly a pro. Wish every blood draw could be like this 😭 will definitely be back!
Kim the phlebotomist was friendly and reassuring. She did a nice job on my blood draw-- quick and easy with no significant bruising. The receptionists were friendly and professional as well. Good experience today
Deborah did amazing with my blood draw this morning! Normally I pass out from the digging a sawing of people trying to get the needle into my vain but she got it in the right place the first time! We had wonderful conversation after the draw that made me feel comfortable, understood, and as if I was a friend. Duke as a whole continues to be my favorite place for health care!
Very professional, clean, and friendly. Deborah is amazing and highly recommend this place to anyone.
