I don't even want to give them 1 star. After trying to get a wheelchair all week because I'm non weight bearing, I have been given the run around, wrong information and having to do their job for them. Even when insurance approved on Monday, they keep saying they have to get approval. Then today, the Nurse at the Dr.'s office called them to see if they received all my information and the woman tells her she doesn't know because she isn't near the fax machine.
