I don't even want to give them 1 star. After trying to get a wheelchair all week because I'm non weight bearing, I have been given the run around, wrong information and having to do their job for them. Even when insurance approved on Monday, they keep saying they have to get approval. good company – My mother was recently admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with various respitory issues. When we were released we were ordered home oxygen for her. Day from hell is finally OVER!
My Mom got a bed from here. It was junk! I had reported problems with the bed for 3 years. They never fixed the bed right! Now they are telling us we have to buy the parts and pay the labor for them to fix it since it is now paid for! They could have fixed it right to begin with and saved a 82 year old women who is bed ridden a lot of money she didn't have to begin with!
