The only thing I appreciated about this place was the nursing staff. They were very efficient and caring. Now, Dr. Rogers was very dismissive of my concerns and symptoms. I've been diagnosed with Lupus since 2013 with several specialists over these years including Rheumatologist that can attest to this. Test ran every 6 months for years. Just for her to say in so many words maybe it's medication induced, psychological or all in my head prior to running her own test. I felt it was very unprofessional of her to say. Not enough staff to provide service to patients in the Triangle. This clinic is only open one day a week from 8-1pm. It takes months to get a doctors appointment, and weeks for anyone from the office to call you back. You literally have to wait till someone dies or is bedridden to get an appointment. I don't understand, is this clinic trying to save people to let people die slowly.
