Dr. Duke is empathetic and competent. My issue is with his condescending, apathetic and insolent implant coordinator, Kim. I almost did not proceed with Dr. Duke, because of her unprofessional handling of the estimate (2 implants). But, I thought she is clerical and I am paying for his specialized services, so I proceeded. Dr. Duke also had many favorable reviews; he is also kind and empathetic. I have been a patient for several years. Dr. Duke has been an excellent doctor. He explains everything in terms I can understand. He's kind and very gentle. Everyone there takes the time to be courteous. I appreciate him and all his staff.
All the staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Duke does an excellent job. He has done multiple surgeries and has always gone over to ensure I have all the info to make an informed decision. He and his staff work hard to make you feel comfortable the day of the procedure.
Dr Duke removed two wisdom teeth from this 66 year old mouth (I know, that’s old to still have your wisdom teeth). I am the person who typically takes multiple tries to get an IV started. Dr Duke got it on the first try. I followed all the instructions sent home after the procedure and I never had bruising, swelling or much pain. I thought due to my age, healing might be slow, but I am on day five and everything is going great and much better than I anticipated.
