This department needs to hire more people, everytime I call I am either put on hold for more than 20-30 mins or I am transferred to someone who doesn’t answer their call. So I have to call again. It’s really frustrating and unprofessional.

Saw Dr. Nehaus, totally unimpressed with her and her skills, doesn't listen to the patient, and doesn't know how to deal with a complex case. Evidently you have to be on deaths doorstep to even be considered for help and help is still not a guarantee. I was basically told to come back when it got worse. I wouldn't bring my cat to see her or this clinic. If you need an infectious disease doctor, don't waste your time and money going here, go elsewhere
It was clean. Felt like I was in an old basement.
Excellent health care provider.😎🏴☠️
