Fred was amazing from beginning to end. He is a wealth of knowledge because of his years of experience. He told me from the beginning how long it would take to sell our home and how much it would sell for and he was right! He is down to earth and easy to talk to. He even came with me to the title company and they were shocked to see him there.

Fred made our dreams come true. He is very honest, whereby, I have ran into realtors who made false claims. Fred recently both sold our home and helped with the purchase of a new home. He was super responsive he was there for all the inspections and many appointments with contractors. His 3K flat listing rate was amazing and he got us top dollar for our home, which sold before it even hit the market. Our home sold for more then any comp in the neighborhood.
