I would give 0 stars if I could. He did a home inspection for me and never inspected my roof or other parts of my home. The first night I lived in my home it started raining and I had a downpour inside my home. I have reached out to Mr. Duke on multiple occasions since April 2025 and as of today he has avoided me and has done absolutely nothing to take care of this situation. I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve also had to retain an attorney and he will not even respond to the attorney!
Bobby Duke is an exceptional home inspector who goes to great lengths to provide in depth information on a home inspection. He is kind, polite, professional, and quick to answer any questions. He provides a thorough report and in an impressive amount of time so you can strike on a home deal if that's what you want to do.
