Mr. Duke and his associate came out and did a thorough inspection of my existing unit. After troubleshooting a few things and I mild explosion, he was able to determine the problem. Haha, j/k. Mild arcing. They, fortunately for me, had the parts on the truck to fix the problem and so far so good. On a side note please ask Duke’s nephew how his basketball scrimmage went on the date of 6/11. Thanks again and hopefully won’t need you until it’s time for the new system!
