Excellent communication. They showed up in a timely manner, within thirty minutes after calling. Even after attending a funeral and they yet came. They did great service and made suggestions on future projected problems. The unit was working within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained to me every step. I would recommend Dukes to anybody. They have great service at a reasonable price. He even informed me that he comes out on the weekends even on a Sunday.
He showed up promptly and got my air conditioner fixed right up. He also explained all of the charges— how much the parts cost, the labor, and even what the taxes were. I would definitely recommend him.
Love Phil and his work! Called him when I got in from work around 6:30 one night when it was HOT in my house and he was there within 30 minutes. Fixed the problem with new parts he had on hand for a unit he had installed for me years ago - and warrantied then - and had me cooled before I went to bed. Fabulous job!
