Duke AC was very prompt in responding to our call. They came out and gave us an estimate with an hour or two of assessing what needed to be done. They set up an appointment for making the gas line connection for our stove within a few days of our first call to which they arrived exactly at the time they set. They also let us know before hand they were in route which gave us time to put up all our dogs. They were very professional and did not waste any time getting their work done. We are very pleased with their work. Thanks ... read more
We had a great experience with this air conditioning company! Phil was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He showed up when he said he would, took the time to explain everything, and got the job done quickly. It’s hard to find a person/company you can truly trust, but we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work. Great service from start to finish!

Phil was very professional! I called and he came in under a hour. Had my air blowing cold within 10 minutes of him being here. He cleaned my unit and serviced it while he was here! Very straightforward person and we will definitely be using duke heating and air in the future!
