They were able to come out on a weekend and get my AC fixed during one of the hottest times of the year.
Excellent service and an incredibly fast response time! I called at 12:48 PM, and the technician arrived at my home by 1:15 PM. By 1:48 PM, my AC was back up and running! From the time I made the call to the time the job was completely finished was only one hour. He was prompt, professional, efficient, and got the job done quickly. Phil and Amber were transparent and we were asked if we had shopped around for anyone cheaper. They really care if the service is done affordable and correctly. Phil came out to our house today to see if anything could be done about the ducts in our house being messed up by a previous installer from another company. Despite the fact that fixing the duct work is just not worth it based on the value of the house itself and the amount of work involved, he still talked us through our options and helped us find a solution that will work out for us better than the original plan.
