Was referred to another doctor. Call the other doctors office 2 times . They told me there hasn't been any referrals sent. Called lake norman gast 3 times! They basically told me it wasn't! There problem. I may have cancer! So I guess there going to let ne DIE!

I have no problem with Dr Foulks or his nurse, but the office staff REALLY dropped the ball today. I was on hold for a virtual appointment for half an hour. Called the office to see what was going on and was told that their systems are currently down. I asked if the doctor wanted to call me and have our appointment or reschedule and half an hour later still nothing. No apologies and I hope I won't be billed for this visit!! This lack of communication is unacceptable.
Very unhappy with my experience. Went for pain , did not give me any eye contact or show any concerns while hearing my symptoms. Told me I also need to see cardiologist. I ask if he could refer and was told no .but then he proceeded to tell me " let's go schedule your colonospy" . I get maybe it was needed for a exact diagnosis but maybe since knowing I need cardiologist that should have been done first to make sure I was safe to be put to sleep .I understand drs do colonospys every day but we as patients don't have them dai... read more
