Kind of upset me that we drive 400 miles to see the specialist at Duke and the receptionist refused to give me a not for my son's school for the day before our early morning appointment. The day we had to leave to stay overnight. And she wasn't even friendly about it.

Took my daughter there twice not wait so long the doctors are so friendly and my daughter loves this places
Not happy with the customer service lady at desk act like she did not want me and my child to be seen or ask the dr if we could be seen she said 15 to 20 minute grace period we got there at 16 but had to ride the elevator up that put us at 20 minutes she waited until 21 minutes to ask and act like it was our fault we were late but the traffic was awful very disappointed and and dissatisfied I took off work early and I’m just at lost of words
