The parking lot alone makes me want to avoid going here again. Every space is designed for compact cars. The entrance is so narrow two vehicles going in and out cant fit through without someone backing out of the way. Its really unsafe. And the front being used as a patient drop off congests traffic more.

I usually come to this location for my OB appointments and have had lovely experiences but today (5/12/26) I had a very negative experience with their laboratory staff on the first floor. I’m 28 weeks pregnant which means I had to take my glucose test and be sent to labs to get a blood draw to make sure I don’t have gestational diabetes. I arrive at labs two minutes late due to coming from ultrasound (9:18 as opposed to 9:16) and I’m sitting in the waiting room until 9:28. I just had hip replacement surgery and from the check in process to the level of care from the Nurses, Doctors and physical therapists. They were really all exceptional!

Orthopedic doctors were good. Staff was helpful, but the check-in Kiosk was very low, should have seats. Already had neck pain. Parking can be tight... very small spaces even for a mid-size car.
