Their communication SUCKS. The nurses are hard to get in touch with in urgent matters. I would consider going elsewhere.
1000% recommend Dr. Wilson! She is the best! I recently went in for a procedure and would like to give thanks to Ms. Dinha M and Ms. Xiu L, two of the nurses who were there and were absolutely amazing and made me feel so seen!
The service is awesome, everyone’s so kind and the doctors are gentle. I had bloodwork done and it was quick and efficient. The only issue is the parking and the buildings being overly complicated.
I had an appt at 1:30pm, got in a room by 1:40. I waited in a room until 2:30-2-35, and not a single charge nurse, or doctor came into the room. I wasn’t informed or anything until I went up to the front desk. I didn’t get to speak to the head person until after I was already in the parking garage.
