Great staff and Dr Williams has been great!
I have many diagnoses at this point, and over 6 years of experience with doctors. It is generally a bit daunting to go into a hospital for a provider because it is busy and everyone looks jacked and masked ha. So there is that and I was nervous Ill be honest. I recently had my insurance update to include Duke Health as an in provider network. I luckily arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment to discover parking was a little ways in a detached garage and costs( $6/ 2hrs). Be prepared to walk if you don't have anyone dropping you off. As I entered, staff was very nice offering directions to the clinic. It seemed like a bit of a maze but was ultimately worth it. As I was away for work, my wife went for the second ultrasound of her first pregnancy. When she tried to video call to share the experience with me, they quickly clamped down and told her she was not allowed to take any videos or pictures. This is a small example of their prioritization of procedural compliance and liability limitation over the actual happiness and wellbeing of their patients. I'm sure it runs much deeper than this. Avoid.
Their communication SUCKS. The nurses are hard to get in touch with in urgent matters. I would consider going elsewhere.
