The service is awesome, everyone’s so kind and the doctors are gentle. I had bloodwork done and it was quick and efficient. The only issue is the parking and the buildings being overly complicated.

I had an appt at 1:30pm, got in a room by 1:40. I waited in a room until 2:30-2-35, and not a single charge nurse, or doctor came into the room. I wasn’t informed or anything until I went up to the front desk. I didn’t get to speak to the head person until after I was already in the parking garage. Then the doctor I was supposed to be seen by put in my summary notes that I left because of a delay. No I left because y’all don’t have y’all ish together especially that dr. I called to schedule an appointment due to bleeding during pregnancy. I was told I would need to wait 3 weeks before being seen or I would need a referral. I really really hate the medical care I have been receiving in NC.
