Older gentleman at the front desk is a gem. He was so kind. My husband and I greatly enjoyed our interaction with him. The staff member that called me to the back was very rude and had an attitude when my husband told her I was in the restroom. My appointment wasn’t for another thirty minutes.. so I’m not sure what her problem was. The ultrasound tech Irene was fantastic. She was gentle and reassuring the entire scan.

I have many diagnoses at this point, and over 6 years of experience with doctors. It is generally a bit daunting to go into a hospital for a provider because it is busy and everyone looks jacked and masked ha. So there is that and I was nervous Ill be honest. The staff were great and things moved fast fairly enough. I found myself laughing and enjoying a friendly environment. I recently had my insurance update to include Duke Health as an in provider network. I luckily arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment to discover parking was a little ways in a detached garage and costs( $6/ 2hrs). Be prepared to walk if you don't have anyone dropping you off. As I entered, staff was very nice offering directions to the clinic. It seemed like a bit of a maze but was ultimately worth it.
