Duke GI—Wake Forest Road, suite 500 I recently had my second, ever colonoscopy. I have to give them a lot of credit at the Duke GI clinic … from check in through the procedure. Most of the staff was friendly and professional. But I have two negative comments to share… I hope my comments will help others avoid these consequences. There is no signage in the parking garage directing you to their office. So after walking to the main building and being told to walk back through the parking garage to their office, I ended up in delivery and shipping. No entry at that point so had to walk down a step embankment to the door. They send tons of text messages prior to your visit but absolutely zero instruction on how to actually access their office. Have had a referall since Dec 19 Never was called Tried to call them waited on line for over an hour never did get ahold of anyone They should just quit saying that they provide a service
