The worst service company I dealt with in my life is trying to steal the customers in any way, even the sum of the deposit , the company tries to delay it in a way that makes you bored and leaves it to them, or travels to another place that makes the claim tiring for the customer as it happened with me I traveled and left them an amount of more than $ 300
1/4 of a star from me. Currently on my 4th call to get a rep on the phone. Twice they have pretended to all of the sudden not being able to hear anything. What am I calling about? Paying the first bill of service and noticing 3 accounts under my name. Hot garbage company, hoping it's not a monopoly just moved to this area.
Duke Energy Protection Plan Scam!! Be warned! If I could give them zero stars I would! Do not fall for their protection plans! They are a scam. A waste of money. I had invested for several years in their water heater protection plan. I finally had a problem and needed to call. Despite what they say all over their ad, they do not replace your water heater unless it is specifically leaking.
