Customer service is the absolute worst! Lost power after sweating. Everything in the fridge is bad. No even from the storm. 2 hours after it was done and they won’t do anything.
We lost power last night around 11pm and we still don't have power. Our food could go bad since it's the middle of summer and the refrigerator doesn't have electricity! What really grinds my gears though, is the fact that they sent someone out last night to repair the powerline and he freaking left without finishing the job! What was the point in sending him out if he wasn't even going to finish fixing it‽ I genuinely wish we could go solar instead.
You need to send your people to a driving course or something.
The customer service here is lousy. I spent 13 minutes on a call trying to find out if thermostats NEWER than those listed on Duke’s website are eligible for the program. I’m still not sure if I got an answer, but I do know Duke likes that I pay my bills on time.
We have reported a power outage 4 times. They keep closing the ticket saying our power is back on without checking.
