We have reported a power outage 4 times. They keep closing the ticket saying our power is back on without checking.
My husband and I have lived in Brownsburg for 3 or 4 years and have never had a issue with paying our duke energy bill. Times got hard like for most people and we was up for disconnection. The same program( share the light) that duke energy asks for donation is the same program that we don't qualify for. We got no help from duke energy and we didn't get an extension either. Thanks for nothing!!! Duke energy just like their service and indiana sucks!!

There is service technician, Josh, who has been out to my house multiple times in Greencastle, IN for people hitting my power pole, power lines going down, tree branches, etc. I wanted to recognize him because he's been the face of duke energy for us and he is always wonderful, does prompt service, professional, and just overall great!
