Never had this company but wants me to pay 700 deposit because prior tenants didn't pay their bills. This company is so greedy
Horrific service. Spent hours on the phone trying to correct a mistake Duke made on my account, only to be told I have to wait 24-48 business hours. I wait that, and still nothing has been resolved. It’s been weeks and they continue to make excuses.
This is for the entire Duke Indiana not this office. I have been a customer far far too long and Duke always drops the ball on their communication as well as setting up a agreement with you deciding to not come thru. I called week ahead of my disconnect to avoid the stress. I also been experiencing the most large bills for the past 2 years making more difficult. The thing is if paid half of the current total it would of been 145.00 cheaper than my past due amount. I spoke to someone that said she will except half of the past... read more

they are not good at all can't find my account by last 4 of social can't find by phone number and not receiving emails or paper bills they don"t care and need to be bought out.
