This is for the entire Duke Indiana not this office. I have been a customer far far too long and Duke always drops the ball on their communication as well as setting up a agreement with you deciding to not come thru. I called week ahead of my disconnect to avoid the stress. I also been experiencing the most large bills for the past 2 years making more difficult. We’ve had Duke Energy for 7 months, NEVER missed a payment, NEVER been late. Now we’re moving literally TWO buildings over in the same apartment complex and they’re demanding a $330 security deposit. Our current unit didn’t require one, so why now? Their answer: “It’s not the same location.” Are you kidding me? It’s the SAME complex.
