This is for the entire Duke Indiana not this office. I have been a customer far far too long and Duke always drops the ball on their communication as well as setting up a agreement with you deciding to not come thru. I called week ahead of my disconnect to avoid the stress. I also been experiencing the most large bills for the past 2 years making more difficult. they are not good at all can't find my account by last 4 of social can't find by phone number and not receiving emails or paper bills they don"t care and need to be bought out.
