Duke needs a competitor!!!!!
Duke energy is the leader in light pollution for the state of Florida they lease horrible partial cut off LED lights to your HOA turn. The light trespass comes through your windows into your bedroom at night. I could literally see a shadow on the wall in my living room in the evening. It’s the reason you don’t see the stars at night shame on you, Duke energy.
They are the greediest money hungry company ive ever dealt with. The itemized charges for anything you can imagine is more than any other company would even consider charging. This is precisely why monopolies are dangerous.
Two power outages within the last 24 hours and this is the norm for Duke Energy this time of year. Can’t wait to see what happens when an actual hurricane comes. Every year It’s the same exact thing despite all their letters and emails, telling us how they’re spending the off-season repairing and strengthening their equipment. As I’m typing this, we just got another update and instead of an estimated time of 11:15 PM now it’s 3 AM tomorrow. This company is a joke.
