These people are literally the WORST! 4 days of calling and nothing has been resolved, just more issues. I hope this place goes into the ground and a new power company takes over.

Obviously I can't blame you for hurricane damage but your response has been unacceptable. You as a company hold too much power to not care about your customers. I've been without power for a full week while my neighbors have had power for days. Y'all could have put the lines underground and avoided all of this mess. But no. Y'all have the gaul to ask for a raise while all these other electric companies are the ones working in your territory. Shame on you. Your monopoly needs to be dissolved.
2021 while remodeling the house we currently live in I get at $500+ auto draft from my account. The only thing on power in the house was a refrigerator, and power tools during the day. No one was living in the house, yet we see a power bill of less the $40 go to $500+. Called 10 times nothing could be done about it. Today my parents get $341.90 auto drafted from one of there banks for my address and an account number that doesn’t belong to either of us (my dad and I have the same name).
