Overcharge people so bad it's sad
Wish I could give a zero. I live alone and my bill just keeps going up and up. I’ve cut back on everything and then get hit with $250 bill and they can’t even explain why. I’ve had other companies and lived with a lot more people and it never got to $250! It’s absurd. I will never live anywhere that duke provids service ever again I’ve learned my lesson.
Quit putting band aids on the grid and fix it. The outages are gonna mess up my appliances.
