I am an electrical contractor and I had an engineer come out to look at a job to move some underground wires no big deal standard procedure. I put a lot of money into this project for the engineer to leave no notes and then go on vacation for two weeks and I’m not able to get paid Because the engineer does not know how to do her job properly and everybody at Duke says they completely understand and there’s nothing they can do. They can take your money and not do their job

CORPERATE GREED!!! THEY DO NOT WORK WITH CUSTOMERS. I WANT THE OLD COMPANY BACK. EVER SINCE DUKE ENERGY CAME TO FLORIDA, IT'S BEEN NOTHING BUT HIGHER RATES WORSE.CUSTOMER SERVICE.THEY DO NOT WORK WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS.

The worst electric company I have ever had to deal with. The monthly charges are outrageous and completely unreasonable. Every time you call to ask for an explanation or try to get help, no one provides real solutions, and the customer service is terrible. It feels like all they care about is collecting your money, not helping their customers. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored while your bills keep getting higher.
