Do your research. I was told on the phone getting a new hot water heater would enable me a rebate or coupon for upgrading my 12 year old hot water heater. Turns out only 50 gallon hybrid tanks qualify. I was told after I purchased and had my 40 gallon installed when I called to get the rebate...Duke energy strives on not helping you and of course I can't just exchange the darn thing. Every saving opportunity is like a trick/joke yet im paying $450 on average for my electric. I try to do good and then get smacked in the face.... read more
I wish I could give them 0 stars. Budget billing is a scam. I live in an apartment and my bill is $490. They do not provide any help to their customers. Very money hungry & a horrible company!
I'm going thru hardship my husband suffer a heart attack several weeks ago, he's not working I'm on social security myself. Thanks to the agent to help me out at this moment...I'm praying that I have money for my next payment on October 15th I don't know
