I was in a much bigger house than what I'm currently in I'm paying $600 this month I've never had that high of a bill ever and he can't explain why to me told me go talk to your landlord but the landlord told me they're supposed to Monitor and find out why it's that high that the electric company is supposed to do that with all these negative reviews that I'm seeing about this place you would figure the county would do something or someone would get a petition to have these guys kicked out almost $2,000 a month of where I'm ... read more

This company is a joke. Everyone in FL is dealing with a major heatwave. They told my mom about her needing to pay her bill that day or they will shut her power off. Then they shut it off shortly after that before she could pay her bill. She has 2 small dogs in the house and they would have died because of the severe heat in her place if she didn't fix it and she had to pay more for a turn on fee. They are a crappy company to deal with and I highly suggest never use their "services" if you can avoid it.

I am an electrical contractor and I had an engineer come out to look at a job to move some underground wires no big deal standard procedure. I put a lot of money into this project for the engineer to leave no notes and then go on vacation for two weeks and I’m not able to get paid Because the engineer does not know how to do her job properly and everybody at Duke says they completely understand and there’s nothing they can do. They can take your money and not do their job
