Completely unavailable for months at a time even if you are sick. People on the phone are uncaring to patients’ problems and condescending. Duke Health is awful in general. Go elsewhere
Rude front desk staff. Will not schedule appointments when asked to unless patient calls. Claim it is a “HIPPA violation just to schedule an appointment for someone. Staff have absolutely no idea how to be courteous or helpful.
