My PCP referred me to an Endocrinologist I had in our small beach community who left and took.a position with Duke. I am not eligible for services because I don't fit into her research specialty. These large universities do great research to advance and improve the eventual outcome of patients. However, as a patient, I have accepted that in these large settings, we're nothing more than lab mice. I'll keep searching for a private practice that still actually treats PATIENTS. So long!

Arrived early. Couldn’t find the location. Called for thirty minutes with no answer. Excuses were given we are busy, all computers are being restarted, staff isn’t here yet. Missed appointment. Will not reschedule at this location.
