Terrible place that will force you to have 5+ appointments that will likely not be covered by insurance based on the way they code it in their billing system (nutritionist = diabetes education = likely not covered by insurance). I have BCBS preferred PPO (very good insurance). These appointments will be worthless (less than 5 minutes long) and they will not offer real advice.
