I have been here & my experience was awesome. They are helping me with my problems.
Not family friendly
This place is so frustrating and not worth the wait. After awaiting 5 months for my initial appointment, I was prescribed medication. I saw a couple doctors here and they were helpful during my appointments. However I recently started having what I thought was an allergic reaction to a medication. I have tried calling and leaving messages for doctors here with no luck, so I messaged 2 different doctors on the app. I tried scheduling an immediate appointment but they said I’d have to wait until December. One of the worst experiences with Duke doctors over the period of 3-5 years. You don’t feel seen by the doctors and after multiple treatments, multiple different medications my problem was finally referred to podiatry. Go to a different clinic.
DO NOT go if you're black. You're better off using Google to diagnose yourself. I can't wait to find a way to report this place..
