RecommendedWonderful experience with my Jeep. I was kept informed every step of the way. I was told it could possibly be one week - took it in on a Monday and it was ready by Thursday. And they were all so very nice !!! Thank You!!!
I took my car here after hitting a deer. The whole process went smoothly. The were well organized and kept me informed of progress. There was a little slow down with needing to submit more stuff to insurance and wait for parts to come in, but that is understandable. All in all, it was an awesome experience and I would use them again.
I have never been to a better well organized friendlier place I would highly recommend I am traveling from New York down to Florida I stopped for a couple of weeks in Virginia to spend with friends and wanted to make sure my truck was in good condition they were on time friendly and easy to deal with would highly recommend
Recently hit a deer and needed a shop to take and finish my truck quickly as its my only vehicle. I took it in at 8:00am on Monday and drove it away Friday at 5:30pm. They were able to get it apart, order parts and have it back together in 5 days. Replaced front bumper, repainted, replace all trim, new driving lights and replaced fender well. Don’t go here. They did a decent job on the fender however they had to replace a fuse box and now I have no AC. So now I have to spend more money elsewhere to get the AC fixed. It took almost two months to fix the car. Just save yourselves the time and go somewhere else.
Take in less cars. They don’t have the manpower for all of the cars coming in.
Leah is an awesome Professional and such a dynamo with her ability to give you advice on what you need to do for your automobile
I was so impressed with the quality of the service in the work on my Tahoe and the customer service from Angie. She was a gem. You all are excellent and I am going to recommend and tell everyone I know. Thank you so much for making my wonderful Tahoe look good as new again.
