They never answer their phone, called about 8 times and no answer and it was throughout the day, also their lack of appointments are ridiculous. They give appointments until a year later
Won't reschedule again.
Tried setting up an appointment with Larissa Baldonado to go over reaults through teleheath. They were 45 minutes late because they had issues. Once call began they had terrible quality. Had to reschedule another appointment to see what's going on. Decides to leave early which is fine. They canceled at 9:57 am but didn't call me or the patient before me, my appointment was at 4:40 pm. Plenty of time to communicate. Life happens but you can still be professional when it does. Won't reschedule again.
