Used to be a great clinic…..I have a list of issues and they’re all related to administration. 1. Phone lines - wait times are outrageous. Each time I’ve need to call I have to hold for around an hour. Longest I’ve held was 1.5 hours shortest time has been 20 minutes. Held for 2+ hours one day. Gave up when the callers in-front of only dropped by 1 in 2+ hours, from 7 to 6. Not sure if they just didn’t feel like picking up the phone that day. Didn’t used to be this bad. 2. Never heard back. I left two messages after calling every day for a week. Nothing. I’m sure she worked hard to open her business. Unfortunately, the call back and timely responses isn’t good for business.
We have seen Kristi and her great staff for a couple of years now, and I continue to be impressed. In a world where everyone’s schedules are jam packed, I have never had an issue getting an appointment same day, having an RX called in, OR even when Kristi is not in office she has answered her on-call cell and answered questions. I 100% recommend her practice to anyone
Had to visit DCH a couple of months ago for a sports injury. The visit went well. I'd say the front desk was friendly enough, and the doc's and their assistants were helpful. Where things broke down is when they gave me a sling for my arm. Not a big deal, right. I needed a sling to stabilize my shoulder. BUT, what they didn't tell me is that I'd get a bill a few weeks later for $106.00!!! Believe me, had they told me that I would have declined their generous offer.
