Our doctor is wonderful but the young woman who checked us in seemed to feel like it was a badge of honor not to smile or even attempt to be minimally pleasant. I tried smiling encouragingly at her, asking about her day, etc but she was basically surley. I am now worried that she didn’t check us in correctly because we have been waiting over 30 min....No trip to the doctor is pleasant but the people who work there should at least try to be....
Every time I come in I have to wait at least an hour and 20min to be seen. When we are finally taken back we have to wait another hour for the Dr. to come in. I always leave feeling like I’ve wasted my time. EVERY TIME. The check in/out people are unpleasant and rude.
Great place to take your children but the waiting 30 to 45 mins to see the doctor after the nurse has checked us in is unreasonable. We should be notified if the doctor is behind schedule because we may not be able to wait that day. No reguard for the patients time.
