Called today 6/2025. to book appt for mother who's dr is no longer providing services. Duke recived a referral from her primary doctor who is a duke physician. Earliest appointment was April 2026. Tried to make appts 3 times so far with bite on profiles says accepting new patients. J. Onken, Jawitz and today Teitelman all Duke profiles advise Gastroenterologist Accepting New Patients. However can't get an appt til next year....
Dr. Caldwell has disappointed me. How can you write notes regarding me cancelling appts that I know nothing about. Randomly booking appts w/ no communication is unprofessional. My physical was the thing I cancelled. I hate to be lied on
