I have no idea how people are rating this place with more than one star. There's no way my family's experience is unique. Every single appointment has had to be rescheduled. When you ask for an appointment time that won't have to be rescheduled, the lady on the phone tells you to find another doctor if you don't like it. They ask you get to their 15 mins ahead of time while not calling you to the nurse until 45 minutes'ish past your appointment time. Then you have to wait another 45 minutes'ish to see the doctor. I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience at WakeMed Raleigh Medical Park. After arriving for my scheduled mammogram appointment, checking in, paying my copay, and waiting for 40 minutes, I was told I needed to reschedule due to them 'running behind.' This was after they had already taken my payment and let me wait needlessly. This is specifically for the cancer treatment center. I got testicular cancer and was sent here for chemo. I had nothing but the best experience at the cancer center. The nurses and doctors are the best care i've ever had. They are attentive, have a great bedside manner, and are invested in their patients.
