Always have such a wonderful experience with the outdoor track and field area, well lit to allow for late night reps. I once spotted Carolina Flyers legend Seth Weaver preparing for the season there.
Disappointing experience with Sarah Davis. She showed zero empathy toward my mom and her diagnosis, barely made eye contact, and seemed irritated by any questions we asked. Her demeanor was cold and unprofessional. Made me feel very uncomfortable. It was clear she didn’t want to be there, and it made an already stressful situation worse. Rude check in staff. Hello?! You are in a customer service position, please be kind to those you are serving. Not only rude front desk folks but they are also bad at their job. I arrive a few minutes late and can no longer be seen? A few minutes, which is within the grace period they specify themselves. What gives, Duke? Please do better. We deserve better.
