Fantastic doctor. Takes time to thoroughly explain conditions.
The help at the window had me going back and forth to the window 4 different times. The last time was a request to pay the copay. When asked why I have to pay before services were rendered I was told that’s the way it is while the person stared at the computer screen. After sitting there for 55 minuses I asked when will I be seen and was told I had 2 ahead of me. I asked for my copay back and went to Thibodaux and was seen in 15 minutes including the time to fill out paperwork. The healthcare system thinks they have a guaran... read more
She was very patient and kind. Pleased with her knowledge and expertise. She is beautiful and gorgeous. Th younger girls need to see her for advice.
Dr. Duke is the best, most caring, BRILLIANT, Dermatologist I’ve ever had.. and I’ve had plenty. She is extremely intelligent and takes her time addressing every single issue of mine without ever seeming rushed. She truly cares about her patients and treats them with the highest level of expertise. I highly recommend her to anyone.
