The service stinks because of Language Barrier..Always messing my Order up. Not to mention you can see what kind of intelligence the business has making Decisions..Look at their McDonald's Sign with Help Wanted Spelled out on it . Visited the Pulaski Hwy (Glasgow) site yesterday with my son who has physical disabilities. The door by the accessible parking was locked, and we had to go to another door. That entrance is very awkward for anyone, let alone someone with physical disabilities. I spoke with the manager, and she said sometimes it gets stuck but she would have someone open it. On Friday July 16 at approx 2:30 pm placed an order using a McDonald’s app deal code. Person taking order did not know how to use it so she screamed to her manager to take the order because she said she’s not putting up with this. Manager came to drive through window, it was a female she would not give me her name, and said she did not know what to do with the 4 numbers I have given her. Please train your employees about the McDonald’s app. And I don’t appreciate being talked down to.
