i had labs done to check thyroid levels. no one ever called me back. i called back 3 days later. got supervisor on line after extended hold. called in script. never did get lab results.
The Scottsdale office staff is not very friendly and they do not work well with the patients to help them properly schedule appointments. I have been going there for many years, but the last year has been very disappointing.
