As a newer diver who absolutely hates being cold, buying a DUI drysuit felt more like a survival decision than gear upgrade— and my DUI TLS350 has been worth every penny. I had a Cressi drysuit prior that fit great during certification but the neoprene neck seal tore after a few dives in the Wenatchee River. Thankfully it was still under warranty. They were able to repair my drysuit that I've had for 15 years. I needed it rushed and I received it sooner than expected even though they are backed up. Luly in finance was especially helpful in making sure it arrived on time and kept me up to date. Loved her service!

I have had my FLX Extreme for almost 4 years and it has over 400 dives on it. It still looks amazing and I absolutely love my drysuit! I’ve had 1 small leak that was easily repaired at my local dive center where I purchased it. Any questions or concerns I have had have always been answered in a timely matter and if there were delays it was communicated with me so I knew what to expect. I have always found working with DUI quite easy and seemless.

I've been wanting a DUI dry suit since I began teaching SCUBA in the early 90s. They were the best then, and after recently returning to San Diego after 10 years abroad, I was very pleased to find they are still making the best dry suits I've seen anywhere in the world. Jack Der especially stands out. I have a challenging body to fit, but his incredible attention to detail and encyclopedic knowledge of the product led to a custom suit that is by far the best fitting dry suit I've ever worn. HORRIBLE LIARS ROTTEN TO THE CORE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! NOT TRUSTWORTHY!! I sent them my suit to replace a zipper with a promise of completion date and ..... it was delayed many times. Every time I called I was promised a new date with "Yes you'll get it, I guarantee it, trust me" and a new ridiculous/pathetic excuse will come up. No basic understanding of what a commitment means. If this how their service department works, DO NOT buy their products and DO NOT do any business with them!!
