Lady was rude and had an attitude from the start of our phone calls… did not show up on time for the assessment. Don’t waste your time or money!!! Find someone else….
This place is ridiculous their horrible at relying information! Their book keeping is ridiculous! Keep your receipts and record your own time money hours etc! They lose track and have horrible book keeping skills! If you can find somewhere else to do your classes I would recommend that! She is rude and unprofessional I’m looking for a corporate number you have to spend a lot of money on these classes and they should act like this is a real business she does not!
I could not have done this without Kim. She is one amazing human being..
Before I came to countermeasures I had no confidents in myself on getting my classes done. Fortunately I had the opportunity to have Kim as my counselor!! Kim provided the tools and education in such a way I actually enjoyed coming to class. She was open and real wich made me comfortable with talking about my problems. Thank you Kim and countermeasures for helping me with this huge step forward in life!
Never used their services but 4 stars for people willing to help those in need.
