I saw an extremely concerning experience with the receptionist at this firm (a white woman, name unknown). She placed an Instacart order, received her items, and then falsely reported to Instacart that they were never delivered. When the shopper returned to confirm delivery and resolve any confusion, it was clear the order had already been dropped off.
