They are too hard to work with. Examples 1. Daily limit of Zelle of $1000; needed to pay for my elderly Mom's fence repair in Houston - had to make two payments to hit the total on consecutive days. This is not a Zelle policy - it's a Dugood policy. 2. Cannot set up account to send money to if it's not my account. Needed to set up a monthly transfer to family member's account at another bank - Dugood won't do it. Other institutions will. Again, another "policy" that makes them hard to work with. 3.
