Management??? The tenant's 30 year old son was never vetted or added to the lease, or charged rent not to mention the total risk he posed to our insurance coverage!! Kitchen fixtures were ruined and hanging, back patio was burned and rust stained, carpets were barely hanging on, no idea what was going on in the attic! Zero visits or cares given. The rent was not raised for ten years with this tenant and, when received, was constantly deducted for alleged "plumbing" or "landscaping" issues by vendors they insisted on using. T... read more
We are renting a property that they managed and had only been dealt with professionaly and with great customer service. They've been very responsive if there are things that needs to be done at the property and staff are very friendly.
Duggan is the best...most organized and responsive , we have been at this location 10+ yrs...from air conditioning replacement to sliding door , or disposal service....always the fastest....
