Update to their reply below: The house is in 91326, you know exactly who we are, we were your first client in the 70s-2022. Original Review: Management??? The tenant's 30 year old son was never vetted or added to the lease, or charged rent not to mention the total risk he posed to our insurance coverage!! Kitchen fixtures were ruined and hanging, back patio was burned and rust stained, carpets were barely hanging on, no idea what was going on in the attic! Zero visits or cares given. Management??? The tenant's 30 year old son was never vetted or added to the lease, or charged rent not to mention the total risk he posed to our insurance coverage!!
