Management has no idea what they are doing. Safety is not a concern with there forklifts steering wheel moved up and down freely, Leaks propane, No brakes so you must drive very slow, No safety whatsoever And what’s a safety belt? No didn’t even have one. I will be sending videos to OSHA
Doesn’t produce quality products, have never once hit a deadline or gotten customers their parts on time, always wait till last minute to start working on jobs that are due in a week that will take months to do, management, supervisors, engineers etc can’t seem to produce quality parts in a timely manner causing employees to work overtime and weekends on very short notice wich results in rushed work and low quality products with attent significantly lacking in detail, missing welds, nuts/bolts, rivets etc!
