I miss Dr Dugan. My premature baby was under his care after NICU discharge, but I switched my daughter to a local Shasta Lake Clinic near my home and then could not get him back as her Dr again when I changed my mind. Tried again this year 6 years later. She had RSV pneumonia last October, and Mercy Peds suggested I request an asthma assessment from her hospitalization follow up. Two different clinicians denied it. In April she suffered a horrible asthma attack and was flown to UC Davis, with a low O2 and hypoxia. She recove... read more

Best pediatrician around. Cared for our daughter for 4 years. He's a very intelligent man with lots of knowledge. Always made a comfortable environment and took such good care of our daughter. He answered all our questions with all the tools and knowledge we needed. Unfortunately he no longer does pediatrics.
