My wife was in the hospital recently and Dr. Dugan did a great job with the issue she was having. She recently had to go into the office for a procedure and it was done very well, with care and professionalism. Thank you Dr. Dugan and all of your staff for what they do in the delivery of service and the care for the patient.
From check in to departure, staff was very accommodating and informative. Shout out to Rhonda L., who possesses the ability to make patients very comfortable.

Dr. Dugan has been my urologist formany years. Takes time to explain things. He is very easy to talk with. Great doctor!
I was having pain and urination issues. Dr Dugan suggested a green light laser treatment. I had it performed but had no improvement. I went to another urologist who participated in the initial trials of green light laser treatment and was told in no way was I a candidate for this procedure. He determined I had an enlarged prostate and bladder stones. I had a simple prostatectomy and had the stones removed. I was disappointed that Dr Dugan would perform something that didn’t help and I was not a candidate for.
Dr Dugan was very professional, as we're all of his staff throughout my whole procedure (lithotripsy). I was super nervous as this was my first experience and hopefully my last. If I ever have problematic kidney stones I would request him and his staff 100%
EXCELLENT UROLOGIST! Dr. Dugan is professional, knowledgeable, thorough and shows compassion. Treats you as an individual and not just another patient. The residence of the MOV are lucky to have his services available here. His staff is friendly and top notch as well. Kidney stones are some of the worst pain possible but knowing that you have a reliable Dr that listens, explains and genuinely cares helps immensely.
