Never a long wait for my appts, and the staff is just wonderful
My husband & I have been patients of Dr. Dugan for a few years now. We have been delighted with the services we receive. Everyone in the office is courteous, friendly, & professional. The office is immaculate & the wait times non-existant. When we've encountered a dental problem they go out of their way to try to fit us in. We highly recommend this practice.
The staff and providers were friendly, helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. The office was clean. I would recommend this office to family, friends, and anyone looking for a dentist!
The worst dentist experience ever. They gave me a cleaning and said I had to come back for a cavity. When I showed up to get the filling, they lost my appointment and I had to reschedule. Should have been a warning sign, but I rescheduled and came back. Big mistake. They hacked my tooth and cracked the one next to it. I reluctantly paid the bill, and now they lost record of that and they've submitted me to a collection agency. Luckily I have proof of payment. Stay far far away from this
