The guys did a great job! Very clean and professional. Answered all our questions. Would recommend to anyone.
My technician Mark Dillinder was very professional and thorough. I was surprised though that my fb special a preseason ac tune up for $57 truly only consisted of him inspecting my equipment and giving me estimates which I could have called anybody to come in here and get a free estimate nothing was tuned up or cleaned. So I ultimately went with Johnson Comfort who came over cleaned up everything nice and gave me estimates that we're much more reasonably priced for the same work that Dugan was going to provide
Thanks again, Dugan Air! Corey did a great job servicing our HVAC system. He was friendly, professional, and took time to make sure everything was running properly. We appreciate his thorough work and attention to detail. Highly recommend!!
Mark was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything that I had questions on. I would guess he is probably your best technician a company like yourself would want to have as an employee.
