My father in law purchased a camper and was told by Kevin Dufour that the Starbrite Chemicals that they use to winterize it is safe for animals... my father in law dumped this on the ground at my home and my dog is very sick... he’s an older dog who now will have a different diet for the rest of his life ...my father in law is one of many idiots who may receive the same education from this place... your chemicals although not deadly are not safe for animals Dufours RV !!!! The service dept is great but they charge for thing they should not like they put air in my tires and charged me $12.00 for that and the last time there two weeks ago I was charged $35.00 just to move my camper so they could work on it this is a ripe off customer be wear you would think the labor would cover that I we never go there again I don’t like being played a Fool when it comes to getting something done also I called the owner about this and he never returned my call again so much for customer service there
RecommendedI picked up my TAB 400 Thursday afternoon, everyone at Dufours was great! While the service department was putting my hitch, electrical and whatever else was needed, Eric went through everything on my new TAB with me from outside to inside.They are very through, patient and you can tell everyone loves their job. A big thank you to the team, I had a great experience and love my TAB 400.

We picked up our used (almost new) RPod on Saturday 4/21. Everyone there was awesome! From Eric cleaning and giving us a demo to Dave in the Service Dept to Dick doing all the service to the truck. We were there almost 4 hours but so worth it. I will always go to Dufours. You guys are all great at what you do!
