Rented a 28’ RV from the Dufour family for 3 weeks and had a great experience. The original one we had reserved needed some maintenance so rather than risking it, they upgraded us to a newer model at no charge which we appreciated. The RV was great, had everything we needed included and no major issues with it and we did a lot of driving! Jolie was always available for any questions. Nice selection of RV rental.
We rented an RV. During the trip, we had to replace three tires because they were cracked. They told us they would refund us the money for the tire replacement, as we had to stop in the middle of the road, which is dangerous, or we could have had an accident. Luckily, we saw beforehand that the tires were bad. In the end, we returned the RV, but they didn't refund our money.
