Dufour? More like due for another deposit when they keep depositing after cancellation. Don't waste your time with this family or this company.
Beware of the Cancellation Policy and read ALL Paperwork!! We booked an RV and cancelled within three days and over a month from our planned trip. This company not only kept our initial deposit, but then took out another deposit after it was cancelled. Over $1400! The Dufours are a family owned company so when they say they are communicating with the "owner" it is actually their family. I would rather hang out in my attic in July than rent from this crooked family.
Reservation was easy and service was great. They gave a tour and explained how everything worked at pick-up. We rented the 25" Forester with unlimited mileage. "The Frankie" was nice, they supplied many amenities to name a few; linens, soap, dishes, toilet paper, paper towels, cookware, dishes, utensils, cleaning supplies,bed was made with pillows and there was a small first aid kit in the medicine cabinet. I wish we had the option to omit the supplies though since we brought our own and we could have used the extra storage.... read more
