I bought a car from Dufour in June of 2017 and he never filed the correct paperwork to MN DMV. now a year and a half later, my vehicle has been totaled. My insurance company, claims office and myself have tried to no avail to get him to send them the required documents so they can complete my insurance claim. He refuses to do this, return their calls or emails. He has even blocked my number so I cannot even call them. Excellent work.
Did an excellent job on the exhaust. However, when I tried reaching out saying they missed 2 valve cover bolts, my battery cover went missing from a previous repair they did, the car still had starting issues after a new battery and that the check engine light came back on 1 day after the most recent repairs I received absolutely no response. I reached out multiple times via email and voicemails to no avail. It seems that unless you're a big spender they really don't care about your business. Now I am left getting the valve ... read more
Dufour has provided both me and my dad with excellent service over the past few years. This especially means a lot coming from my dad as he's very particular about the care his machines receive and the people who provide the service. A big thank you to Paul and the rest of the team!
What happened to this business ? Paul was nowhere in sight. Snotty chick on the phone. They did not want to work on my BMW330 xi . . . clearly. wanted 2800 to replace entire cooling system. Just needed a fan. and sensor 300$ Just a complete waste of time and this place used to be cool.
Great place to bring your European import. They know what they are doing at DuFour.
