Held hostage, quoted low price (Knew we were shopping) and raised it upon showing up! The Hostage, agreed to pay more. He then questioned “IF I WAS GONNA STIFF HIM?!” On the increase. I told him I wasn’t happy about it but that “I was A MAN OF MY WORD” and would pay him! He then threw a hissy fit and he walked off the job!
