I was pretty surprised by their attitude on the phone! I've just moved here and am looking for a new chiropractor for some long term care. I'm also a Chiropractic Assistant and know how to speak to possible new patients! She interrupted me, offered to send me some paper work, and I practically had to pry the cost of treatment out of her. Pass!
The staff is very very rude. I called to try to book an appointment and was immediately put off, the woman who answered the phone acted like I was imposing on her. Needless to say the appt was never booked
