So far so good.... I went to the office this morning to apply for an apartment. The staff were real polite and I was real happy about the application fee which comes to a whopping affordable 20 bucks!! Compared to the $40-45 rate I keep seeing, that was a huge plus in my book! On average, Most background/credit checks cost approximately $25 so rental properties are probably pocketing the extra amount. IMO, that says that Duffus cares more about providing an excellent service and experience than they do gaining a profit. Not ... read more
It would be nice to have AC on the hottest weekend of the year. My cat and I are having to endure a 90 degree upstairs apartment until Monday due to lack of replacement part. Thank God, I don't have kids or a dog.
