I've never had carpet cleaning before so maybe my expectations are too high. Let me start with the fact that they were very professional and courteous, showed up on time and very reasonably priced. I had the main level carpet cleaned, stairs cleaned and two bed rooms vacuumed (getting new flooring in these). My 3 stars come from the fact that there remained an abundance of cat hair after the cleaning. The previous owners had cats.
